395 Coffee Roasters launched Buddy Beans🐾 this month, a portion of all proceeds
going directly to Becky’s Best Buddies. “We saw an opportunity to support the work of
a high-impact organization making a real difference in our community,” says John
Raymond, owner of 395 Coffee Roasters. “Becky Washington is a force of nature but
she needs our community’s help to cover the costs that come with this work.”

Supporters can buy Buddy Beans🐾 online at www.395.coffee. Online shoppers can
pick up their beans locally at retail partners in Chewelah, Colville, Kettle Falls, and
Deer Park, or have them shipped anywhere in US. “We’ve shipped Buddy Beans🐾 to
Palouse, Spokane Valley, and elsewhere. Turns out a lot of people in the region know
about Becky’s work,” said Raymond.

Becky’s Best Buddies and 395 Coffee Roasters will hold two (and possibly more)
“Buddies & Beans” events, where folks can meet and adopt pups and also buy bags of
fresh-roasted Buddy Beans🐾. Scheduled events include:

• April 21, 10am-2pm: Chewelah City Park
• May 4, 10 am -1 pm: St. Paul Lutheran Church 110 N 2nd St W, Chewelah,
WA
