All-Pro Restoration has come a long way since its inception in November, 2000 by Eric Wenger. What began as a simple carpet cleaning business has blossomed today into a state-of-the-art fire and water damage repair, restoration, and re-construction company employing sixteen full and part time technicians. Current Co-owner, Annissa Coy, went to work for Wenger in 2001. On September 25, 2006, Annissa and husband Kevin purchased the business and now restore about one hundred disaster damaged buildings a year.
Not only is All-Pro Restoration the only carpet and upholstery cleaning and disaster restoration business in the tri-county area that is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC), every employee of the company is individually certified also. To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms are also required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics. All-Pro is also the preferred provider for many area insurance companies.
In 2008 the Coys designed and developed a new, on-site, cleaning and restoration system. Their International Patent Pending Mobile-Clean™ unit is a revolutionary system designed to help families step by step through the cleaning and restoration process - right at their doorstep. Mobile-Clean™can clean and restore more of a family’s personal belongings than any other contents restoration system in the world. They are now manufacturing the second Mobile-Clean™ and have plans to franchise the restoration processing units.
The Coys have lived in the Chewelah area for 21 years and raised four children here. One of the greatest benefits of business ownership they say is the opportunity it gives them to contribute to the community. Kevin and Annissa enjoy sharing what they have learned, helping friends and neighbors, and teaching goal setting skills. In addition to building lasting relationships with customers, All-Pro Restoration supports many local organizations and charities. One of their favorites is the Renaissance Scholar program at Jenkins High School. All-Pro Restoration will be host a Chewelah Chamber of Commerce Open House on Monday, April 13, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at 101 W. South Avenue (next to the former Polanski’s Pizza). Everyone is invited to attend and get a tour of the extraordinary Mobile-Clean™ unit.
